- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various systems.
- Support the IT team in managing network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues.
- Help document IT processes and maintain system documentation.
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and in-person.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Help in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions.
