- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. Ensure the availability and reliability of servers, networking systems, storage solutions, and cloud environments and manage both Windows and Linux server environments,
- Manage and optimize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for scalability and cost-efficiency and maintain virtualization technologies like VMware and Proxmox,
- Administer company-wide collaboration tools, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and ClickUp. Configure, monitor, and resolve issues related to these platforms,
- Secure all IT systems, including data encryption, firewall management, and securing cloud services. Ensure data integrity and protection with strong access control and security protocols,
- Provide senior-level troubleshooting for IT-related issues, from network failures to server downtime,
- Assess and improve the company’s IT infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and scalability in both on-premises hardware and cloud environments,
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure that backup systems run efficiently, and data can be restored in case of issues.
