QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Preferably 3rd or 4th grade university students in technical departments. Flexible schedule to work 3 days in a week for a minimum 6 months
Being careful, attentive, disciplined about the details
Able to listen to and consult with your colleagues in the business to deliver solutions that bare aligned with their patient-centric objectives
Teamwork oriented
Advanced level of English
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the IT department in the operational ONSITE support process.
You will provide both hands-on and remote assistance in hardware or software issues, meeting room, server room monitoring and maintenance, infrastructure, network and infrastructure.
You will provide deskside activities like computer, monitor, printer or mobile device installation, move, disposal activities - physical work required.
You will support the employee onboarding/offboarding process.
You will support the IT procurement and contract management process.
You will collaborate and support projects with internal and external stakeholders.
