We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.


Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Application Migration & Strategy
    • Assist in the migration of local applications following the IT group strategy through standard solutions.
    • Engage with application delivery teams to propose solutions aligned with the IT strategy and Long Range Plan, including budget management.
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead IT projects involving internal and external parties.
    • Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and roll-out of projects to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • System & Application Management
    • Manage information technology and computer systems, including application support.
    • Oversee user administration and support the deployment of new tools.
    • Provide business continuity and disaster recovery planning for infrastructure and information systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders at local and regional levels, as well as global IT support organizations.
    • Engage with local business representatives to shape business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or process changes.
  • Operational Support
    • Coordinate and monitor technical queries, issues, and incidents; manage escalations with appropriate technology groups.
    • Ensure smooth operations, supporting incident resolutions in collaboration with the Service Desk and next level support.
    • Provide hands-on support in daily IT operational activities.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage IT vendors, including participation in contract negotiations and service agreements.
    • Oversee inventory management, including laptops, monitors, and other essential equipment.
  • Technical Infrastructure
    • Oversee network design and manage system rooms.
    • Plan and execute TIS projects, such as 2016 => O365 migration.
    • Support urgent cases on a 24x7 basis as needed.
