This role closely supports the External Sales team to build strong relationships with customers and generate specialist technical quotations to meet their specifications.
Reporting to the Regional Director, this role is essential to provide a high quality and efficient service to our customers. You will add specific remarks & conditional terms technically or commercially in the offer letter if it is needed.
In this role you will liaise with the sales team and customers to prepare sales quotations, pre-qualification documents and technical proposals. You will provide exceptional levels of customer service to customers.
This role would suit someone who has experience within customer service and is looking to build a career within technical sales.
