Job Description

About the role:

• Designs, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.
• Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
• Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
• Develops and recommends corrective actions.

To be successful in the role you need experience in:

Technical background:

• Java
• FTPC (Factory Talk Production Server)
• OPC Communication
• MSSQL
• Oracle database

Duties on site:

• Map and configure tags.
• Understand the technical solution, provide first cut analysis for technical issues.
• Monitor System performance and logs for any anomalies.
• Provide Quick Fixes on site.
• Interact with end users & Understand requirements.
• Document Standard documentation and User Manual
• Test solution
• Work with offsite team
• Translate requirements into meaningful use cases.
