Job Description
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions as a HR BP
  • Provides counsel to employees and managers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Building strong interaction and communication with Union representatives on a daily basis.
  • Initiating, developing and implementing daily HR processes efficiently and in alignment with company standards
  • Execute and support recruitment and exit processes for blue-collar employees
  • Execute operational tasks related to Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all legal notices, associate operations and processes in compliance with applicable legislation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR or shop floor experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour law and Social Security System, Industrial Relations and Unions
  • Knowledge of payroll, social insurance, time management systems and termination is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively
