Job Description
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions as a HR BP
- Provides counsel to employees and managers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
- Building strong interaction and communication with Union representatives on a daily basis.
- Initiating, developing and implementing daily HR processes efficiently and in alignment with company standards
- Execute and support recruitment and exit processes for blue-collar employees
- Execute operational tasks related to Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all legal notices, associate operations and processes in compliance with applicable legislation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum 4-5 years of HR or shop floor experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour law and Social Security System, Industrial Relations and Unions
- Knowledge of payroll, social insurance, time management systems and termination is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
- Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively
