Job Description
- Setting strategic direction for delivery and customer success discipline aligned to overall organization vision.
- Leading a diverse team to deliver time data and capacity studies, ergonomics checks via building and improving the standards, productivity management and reporting, investment budget coordination and reporting, plant layout.
- Leading the team of product change management for various value streams and product groups via focusing on-time actions
- Thriving in uncertainty and creating clarity for others when navigating difficult projects or complex stakeholder relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Lead in continuous improvement initiatives and workshops. Communicate with senior management to align process improvements with business goals.
- Drive innovation by continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- University degree, in Engineering or closely related field or equivalent experience required.
- Several years of professional experience, relevant experience in requirements management, pronounced service understanding, high value stream understanding, and initial leadership experience desirable.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Having REFA or MTM knowledge
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and structured team player, approach tasks in a structured and analytical manner, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Advanced ability to analyse complex processes and drive positive change.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to influence across all levels of management
- A pro-active problem-solving attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment.
