Job Description
  • Production and Operations Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize workflows, production schedules and capacities. Evaluate machinery and equipment usage to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Develop and implement time and motion studies to improve labor efficiency, via the line balancing. Maintain the standard time database.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on production performance, efficiency, and cost metrics. Use statistical analysis and simulation software to model and predict the outcomes of process changes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ergonomics: Organize ergonomics studies in production lines, participate in ergonomics improvement projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration across various departments. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and workshops. Communicate with senior management to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications
  • University degree, with a focus in Industrial Engineering or closely related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence softwares such as Power BI, or with Power App’s nice to have. 
  • Having REFA or MTM certificate will be preferable.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Advanced ability to analyze complex processes and drive positive change.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to influence across all levels of management
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment.
