Job Description
- Providing after-sales field services for industrial boilers.
- Performing supervision, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
- Conducting technical training sessions for partners and customers.
- Supporting the development of partners in Turkey, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
- Collaborating with the sales team on modernization projects by providing technical input.
- Delivering after-sales support, including field operations, diagnostics, and damage analysis.
- Ensuring smooth operations in warranty and goodwill processes.
- Managing both passive and active field service activities.
- Coordinating with authorized partners to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Providing project management support for service and spare parts.
- Maintaining effective communication and reporting for regional after-sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Solid technical knowledge of steam boilers, including their operation and servicing.
- Strong understanding of burner systems and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in field services, including commissioning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Familiarity with after-sales processes, including warranty handling and spare parts coordination.
- Experience in diagnosing technical issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- A customer- and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required.
- No travel restrictions (minimum 70%).
