Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 170 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

We unite the Lesaffre experience with our wide-spectrum user population by means of our over 600 employees and our production facilities, including our production facility in Lüleburgaz, which we have incorporated into our structure in 2015, in addition to our production facilities in Ceyhan and in Amasya, which have been in use since 1992, the year we started operating in Turkey.

Job Description
  • Manage the E2E hiring process including posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing and conducting interviews, and onboarding (day1 experience of all new joiners)
  • Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, career pathing and employee development and leadership programs
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and participation communication
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs and skill gaps
  • Support performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and employee development plans
  • Support conducting regular employee engagement surveys (i.e. pulse check) and identifying of areas to improvement
  • Support developing and implementing strategies and marketing/social media tools to attract, engage, and retain talent, and to enhance the employer brand of a company
  • Design, run and monitor alternative Employee Value Proposition models
  • Draft, edit and distribute internal announcements including company news, organizational updates, and employee milestones
  • Inform, advise, and support the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the Human Resources department
  • Develop and prepare analysis and presentations as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Physiology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR functions (OD and TM experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital savvy competence with the ability to leverage technology for HR processes and programs
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
