Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
