ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments (at least 6 months ) and support Employee Experience Team in the management of daily processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities such as data maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding;
  • Support the organization of personnel files and respective local documentation;
  • Assist in the local employee experience team with any acitivities assigned;
  • Assist in HR systems (SAP, annual leave system);
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Being a 3rd or 4th-year university student;
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Result oriented and eager to learn;
  • Good and effective communication skills;
  • Proactive and team player;
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days/week;
  • Experience at HR Department is preferable.
