We are currently looking for a HR Head to support the regional leadership team and Cluster/Country General Managers on HR matters by providing input, guidance and coaching. With you in the team, we expect the seamless delivery of comprehensive HR responsibilities in the TAL region, including Turkey, Africa cluster and Levant cluster.
Your day at Ferring
Translate business objectives into HR programs to support organization development in the region.
Design and implement key HR policies and processes in the region; ensure smooth running of HR processes and tools in line w/ global processes.
Manage workforce planning and HR budget.
Advise and support cluster management in HR & Organizational matters, lead HR processes and programs.
Oversee and align local recruitment policies and procedures and ensure efficient recruiting in the region.
Implement professional work contracts and ensure compliance to local labor laws in the region.
Participate actively to business/strategy planning meeting, support the development of budgets and business plans.
Actively support the development of Corporate HR programs and ensure the implementation in the region.
Supervise/support local HR in their operative HR tasks.
Consult/inform regional/local Management about all relevant HR initiatives.
Behind our Mission…There’s you
University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
8-10 years HR experience including at least 3-5 years in a multinational environment within the region. Experience in the pharma/life sciences industry is a plus.
Sound knowledge of human capital and organizational development, HR processes’ implementation, improvement, and change management.
Overall knowledge of labor law, social security, and market practices in the region.
Excellent proficiency of English, preferably at least one language of the region (i.e. Arabic, French).
Possess strategic mindset and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves, to be hands-on.
Ability to build relationships and engage with all stakeholders.
Ability to deal with both ambiguity and complexity.
Strong business and results orientation.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with an energetic, assertive, proactive, self-aware, solution-oriented personality.
The position must be based in Turkey.
