Job Description
- Acting as a single point of contact on HR processes including talent management, performance management, associate development, people experience, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for providing HR guidance to all associates within their defined scope
- Collaborate with leaders to understand the organization's strategic goals and objectives, and support to develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the business strategy
- Implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Consulting leaders and associates regarding career development including rotations, international assignments and performance management
- Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices
- Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes
- Consulting managers in application of HR processes and engagement activities
- Ensuring the execution and delivery of HR activities in an effective and efficient manner
- Drives HR agenda in close partnership with Business Unit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, industrial engineering or business administration with a major in HR
- Excellent command of both speaking and writing in Turkish and English
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and manage conflicts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive strategic decision-making
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into HR initiatives
