Responsibilities:
  • Supports HR Manager to ensure seamless implementation of HR processes,
  • Acts as a HR Business- partner in his/her area of responsibility and supports leadership topics,
  • Guides and ensures HR Processes like talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, training organization, hr marketing&communication, etc.
  • Works with managers and leverages employee evaluations to determine training needs,
  • Develops, implements and conducts training programs depending on organizational needs,
  • Drives the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, posting, interviewing, and hiring,
  • Conducts performance management systems and promotion processes in line with Leaders,
  • Participates in cross-functional company or global wide HR improvement projects,
  • Analyzes needs of our customers, designs and implements respective development activities and/or processes,
  • in order to ensure highest quality and customer satisfaction,
  • Regularly updates any relevant internal HR system and drives data quality,
  • Serves as a resource and point of contact for employees.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of Experience,
  • Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional Experience,
  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training,
  • Professional-Level English language skills,
  • Knowledge of core HR diciplines is an asset,
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
  • Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
  • Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
