We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an HRS Project Support and Process Improvement Smart Start.
Your contribution to something big:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and improve HR processesAssist in identifying and evaluating digital tools and technologies for HR optimizationSupport on initiating, developing and improving HR processes with different global and local projectsSupport to enhance user experience within HR systems and/or processes while ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and appliedQualificationsWhat distinguishes you:• Faculty of Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Ability to work min 3 days/week in Bursa
• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master students in related fields
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Advanced MS Office, PowerBI knowledge
• Strong analytical, technical and creative problem solving skills
• A good team player and high collaborative approach
• Strong interest in HR technology and process improvement
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
