How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating several key areas within the HR function, such as Compensation and Benefits, budget planning, talent management, engagement, performance management, D&I, talent acquisition, employee experience, people development, ethics & compliance...
• You will be the leader for the HR functions and single point of contact for dedicated business units and drive HR initiatives
• In this exciting role you directly report to the local HR Director

• 6+ years of experience in HR
• Experienced  in Compensation & Benefits (preferable knows Korn Ferry methodology)
• Experience in an international working environment and understanding of all HR functions
• Tech savvy profile
• Result oriented, good analytical approach
• Strong internal and external customer service focus
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and to work in fast paced
• Strong communicator and team player with well-developed problem solving skills and ability to take ownership of duties
• Fluency in Turkish and very good English language skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
