Job Description

The HR Services Specialist is crucial in collecting and analyzing associate data to generate HR insights that inform strategic decisions. This role supports the company’s vision by fostering leadership development, driving a performance-oriented culture, and enhancing associate engagement.


The HR Services Specialist is responsible for managing payroll and Labor Relations for all employees in Turkey, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining relationships with SSI, İŞKUR, the Ministry of Labor & Social Security, and other public institutions.


The HR Services Specialist reports directly to the HR Excellence Manager TR and C&B Manager MEA



Qualifications
  • University Degree, MBA is a plus
  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive: The ideal candidate must be meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic HR initiatives to enhance the overall associate experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR Services, or Payroll.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in multinational companies, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in the English language.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Analytical and Program Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in developing and executing HR programs and processes. Ability to analyse key data effectively.
  • Execution and Results-Oriented: A strong focus on execution with a results-oriented mindset
