Role Purpose:

Acts as an active HR Services team member to digitalize & simplify processes, and create efficiency in local and shared services operations. Support HRS, HR and business through reporting and analysis of data. Look for opportunities to create new breakthrough services for employees with strong focus on self-service culture and mobile. Looks at optimising the end-to-end experience of our employees to deliver seamless, simple and integrated experience for our employees. Experiments with new technologies, manages human/machine interaction, mitigates digital security risk and ethics. Innovation with an eye for ethics. Defining the strategy and direction of the HR System landscape in alignment with business needs as well as Maintain reliable HR system services




Your Place in the team:

• Actively seeks continuous improvement in process and system efficiency
• Ensures all systems and manual processing is accurate, timely, meeting data integrity requirements.
• Supports delivery of services within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types • Reviews processes regularly to ensure compliance. Evaluates efficiency of the processes. Identifies processes that need re-engineering and suggest appropriate actions.
• Acts as the global HR systems admin. Actively participates as a team member in the implementation of new tools and releases. Participates in testing of new HR tools, new releases and change requests to HR systems.
• Provides consistent advice to resolve queries accurately and timely, adheres to defined administration processes and ensures HR databases are updated correctly to make sure HR reports are accurate
• Defines the strategy and direction of the HR System landscape in alignment with business needs.
• Understands the importance of providing accurate and timely administration services and reporting and its impact on wider HR services
• Supports the Human Resource team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
• Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
• Experiments with new technologies, manages human/machine interaction, mitigates digital security risk and ethics. 
• Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
• Communicates and exchanges logical information to provide advice and transactional service personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
• Direct responsibility over the quality of own tasks performed for a certain end-to-end HR process in line with agreed KPIs and service levels
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
• Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
• Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR




We are looking for you if you have:

• University Degree
• Ability to work in details
• 3 years experience ideally in HR
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to adapt, deal with ambiguity, learn quickly
• Ideally experience with Successfactors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel software
