Job Description

Role Purpose:

Acts as an active HR Services team member to digitalize & simplify processes, and create efficiency in local and shared services operations. Support HRS, HR and business through reporting and analysis of data. Perform data quality governance, participate in the implementation of HR system or changes in the group central HR system, to coordinate data migration, align system user practices. Ensure knowledge transfer to local system users across all geographies. Look for opportunities to create new breakthrough services for employees with strong focus on self-service culture and mobile. Looks at optimising the end-to-end experience of our employees to deliver seamless, simple and integrated experience for our employees. Experiments with new technologies, manages human/machine interaction, mitigates digital security risk and ethics. Innovation with an eye for ethics. Defining the strategy and direction of the HR System landscape in alignment with business needs as well as Maintain reliable HR system services. 




Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

•    Supports projects to deliver high quality, comparable global HR data in SF.
•    Manages the data quality governance process. Acts as reference data expert.
•    Supports HR system implementation projects.
•    Carries out as-is analysis of HR data quality among local markets.
•    Supports data optimization/ alignment of existing SF HR data with a common approach.
•    Implements bulk HR master data migration activities.
•    Prepares documentation of design, test approach, and plans for new functionality.
•    Provides support for UAT/ test phases.
•    Reviews processes regularly to ensure compliance. Evaluates efficiency of the processes. Identifies processes that need re-engineering and suggest appropriate actions.
•    Acts as the global HR systems admin. Actively participates as a team member in the implementation of new tools and releases. Participates in testing of new HR tools, new releases and change requests to HR systems.
•     Experiments with new technologies, manages human/machine interaction, mitigates digital security risk and ethics.
•    Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
•    Communicates and exchanges logical information to provide advice and transactional service personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes. 
•    Direct responsibility over the quality of own tasks performed for a certain end-to-end HR process in line with agreed KPIs and service levels
