Job Description

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in labour economics, business administration, economics, or industrial engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of payroll expertise.
  • Worked in production companies and experienced in union processes.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytic mindset and ability to solve problems
  • Strong communication, self-motivated and positive attitude with a high level of energy

What you'll do:


  • Ensure that all legislation adapts to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, and İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare necessary reports using the PDKS (Employee Attendance Control System) program.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams.
  • Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements.
  • Ensure the correct application of all payroll-related legislation.
  • Support and monitor the annual budget
  • Provide necessary payroll reports and analysis.
