Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in labour economics, business administration, economics, or industrial engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll expertise.
- Worked in production companies and experienced in union processes.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytic mindset and ability to solve problems
- Strong communication, self-motivated and positive attitude with a high level of energy
What you'll do:
- Ensure that all legislation adapts to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, and İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations.
- Prepare necessary reports using the PDKS (Employee Attendance Control System) program.
- Collaborate with global HR teams.
- Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements.
- Ensure the correct application of all payroll-related legislation.
- Support and monitor the annual budget
- Provide necessary payroll reports and analysis.
