Boeing is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa & Central Asia HR team to support the dynamic business landscape of Türkiye, based in Istanbul. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our HR practices to ensure alignment with both organizational objectives and the ever-evolving landscape of Türkiye labor laws. Reporting to the regional Senior HR Manager, the role supports over 100 employees in Türkiye, in partnership with the HR COEs (Centers of Excellence).

Position Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to the business in Türkiye providing guidance, insights and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
- Partner with the regional and global HR team (HR Business Partners and specialized HR COEs) to design, develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Visibility of local labor laws, ensuring alignment of internal policies and practices.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity, inclusion & belonging where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
- Ability to design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
- In alignment with the COEs, help support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. relocation support, benefits administration) and processes throughout the year.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills)
- Minimum 5-7 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- At least 10 years proven experience of working in Türkiye.
- Experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
- In-depth demonstrable knowledge of Türkiye labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop end-to-end HR strategies and drive implementation.
- Able to read, write and speak Turkish fluently.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer orientated and agile.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Professional HR accreditation
- Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply.
- A high degree of cultural sensitivity, ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams, including remote-working teams.
