Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations for all ICRON locations (Amsterdam, Istanbul, Germany, Singapore).
- Be the first point of contact for all employees regarding HR related matters.
- Responsible for recruitment processes (job posting, searching, prescreening, interviewing, selection and onboarding).
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline by using various tools and research methods.
- Manage employee development and performance improvement processes.
- Improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Assure knowledge of company's organizational structure, operations, policies and values.
- Maintain employee records and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum education - Bachelor’s Degree (preferably graduated from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience preferably in the technology industry with good understanding of labour market (hands-on approach is required).
- Solid understanding of recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations and local labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear demonstration of influencing business leaders.
- Analytic thinking, able to do business analysis, strong skills in organizational development,
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English,
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Dynamic, creative, able to take initiative.
- Male candidates should have completed the military service.
