The team drives data-driven processes, improves our current way of working, and builds an agile organization to provide the best environment for our teams while advancing our values.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the HSE processes both Turkey and international offices,
• Lead the monitoring and implementation of legal and global Occupational Health and Safety requirements, providing leadership and guidance to teams,
• Drive improvement and development projects in Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring sustainable results,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and foster a culture of continuous improvement,
• Preparing annual HSE objectives and action plan,
• Stay updated on new HSE trends, technologies and regulations,

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering degree is preferred),
• Minimum 7 years related experience, minimum of 3 years leadership experience + International HSE experience,
• At least C Class Safety Specialist Certificate (B Class is preferred),
• Excellent command of English,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• Having NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus,
• Open minded, decision-making and result-oriented,
• Strong presentation and project management skills,
• No restriction for travel,
• Residency in İstanbul,
