YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the HSE processes both Turkey and international offices,
- Lead the monitoring and implementation of legal and global Occupational Health and Safety requirements, providing leadership and guidance to teams,
- Drive improvement and development projects in Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring sustainable results,
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and foster a culture of continuous improvement,
- Preparing annual HSE objectives and action plan,
- Stay updated on new HSE trends, technologies and regulations,
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering degree is preferred),
- Minimum 7 years related experience, minimum of 3 years leadership experience + International HSE experience,
- At least C Class Safety Specialist Certificate (B Class is preferred),
- Excellent command of English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Having NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus,
- Open minded, decision-making and result-oriented,
- Strong presentation and project management skills,
- No restriction for travel,
- Residency in İstanbul,
