This pivotal position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our franchise operations and drive exceptional results across our prestigious portfolio in Turkiye.
As the Head of Operations, you will report directly to the Market Managing Director for TMEA. In this senior operations role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of our franchise hotels throughout Turkiye, nurturing key relationships with owners and stakeholders alike. You will take charge of a multifaceted team dedicated to providing comprehensive support and services to our properties, franchisees, and owners.

In this influential role, you will liaise with key decision-makers at all levels, forging valuable relationships that will propel business results. With a high degree of autonomy, your insights and actions will significantly impact the organization. As the senior point of contact for key stakeholders, you will embody the Wyndham values and drive growth in the region.
- A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive senior-level expertise in franchising and hotel management with deep knowledge of the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in areas such as hotel development, operations, or real estate advisory.
- A solid track record in senior management, especially in multi-territory contexts, with direct P&L responsibility.
- International and domestic hospitality experience, ideally with familiarity across multiple brands in regional or multi-unit roles.
- Highly developed analytical and financial acumen.
- Extensive experience in senior leadership and people management.
- Fluent in both English and Turkish.
