Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives,
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning,
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making,
- Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency,
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenditures, and profitability to ensure financial health,
- Create and coordinate Opex/Capex budget activities across the company,
- Manage and coordinate relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other key stakeholders,
- Brief and present financial status and data to third parties, including investors, auditors, customers, and others,
- Perform tax optimization and analysis with the support of company advisors,
- Conduct ex-post analysis of financial instrument performance,
- Oversee and improve finance processes, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R).
- Lead and mentor the finance team, conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback,
- Lead the development and adoption of financial systems and software to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures,
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
Legal
- Oversee contract management and coordination, including the review, tracking, and management of agreements, terms, and dates,
- Collaborate with legal counsel on matters related to financial and contractual issues.
Procurement
- Oversee and manage company purchases, negotiate with suppliers, and make final approval and ROI analysis on procurement matters,
- Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and supplier reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred,
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a similar role,
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices,
- Ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals and objectives,
- Excellent decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset,
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a finance team,
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach,
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
