Job Description
As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead and develop our field sales strategy to drive Gross Profit and Volume growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen relationships with BC customers.This role is crucial to our success in maintaining and expanding our market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Field Sales Team, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base on BC segment and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and help the team to identify new business opportunities
- Takes an active role to provide regular coaching and review individual performance of the Field Sales Team
- Drives implementation of effective sales tools and processes in the country
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams
- Prepare and present sales reports and strategic recommendations to the Senior Management Team
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office applications, ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop strategic plans
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and forwarding industry
- No military service obligation for male candidates
