We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and execute high-impact, data-driven demand generation initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about lead generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects, playing a key role in scaling our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of an integrated demand generation strategy, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content creation, paid and organic campaigns, and event marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, social media, direct mail) to generate and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and partner teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in executing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, developing personalized engagement strategies for high-value prospects.
- Manage and track marketing leads through CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring effective lead qualification, sales follow-up, and pipeline progression.
- Support benchmarking and competitive analysis, identifying industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in developing customer-facing marketing assets, including social media content, case studies, email campaigns, product sheets, and thought leadership materials.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person events.
- Work closely with leadership to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, Technology, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, 6Sense, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing content.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different teams to align marketing with sales objectives.
- Passion for marketing innovation, staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Self-starter, able to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
