The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and manage data pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with growth teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data storage solutions and ensure high performance for large-scale datasets.
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure system health and data accuracy.
- Support the integration of various data sources into the infrastructure to enable comprehensive analytics.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in data engineering, infrastructure, or a similar role.
- 2-6 years experience in similar roles
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data processing.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
