Make an Impact/ The role:

As a Frontend Developer, you will join our Frontend Department and influence the future of Adjust by having a direct impact on our products, user experience, and technology choices. You’ll be given the freedom to explore, design, and build client-side applications in an environment that rewards quality-oriented work, transparency, and creativity. Your primary responsibility will be the development, improvement, and maintenance of our modern applications.

 

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of our client-side applications, improving their codebase to be more resilient, concise and easier understand
• Compose new features following the established patterns and code-style, ensuring the final results meet expectations
• Proactively collaborate with a cross-functional team (Product, UX, Backend), improving team processes and enabling smooth workflows
• Solve problems and perform assigned tasks mostly independently
• Support other engineers to help them address technical issues, and onboard into our codebase and workflows
• Engage in team's knowledge sharing efforts, such as tech talks, workflows documentation, and modern technologies exploration

 

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer with excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• 2+ years of experience developing production-code in React, including knowledge of React hooks
• Proven working experience with modern state management libraries, including handling of async effects (e.g. React-Query or the alternatives - RTK-Query, SWR, React-Router v.6.4+)
• Passion for engineering best practices, including clean coding, continuous refactoring and automated testing
• Proficiency in working with debuggers and browser developer tools
• Experience with Typescript, would be considered a strong advantage
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern JavaScript building tools (e.g. Webpack, Vite, Rsbuild), would be considered a strong advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
