- Conducting freight-based profitability analysis for each shipment or destination to increase profitability
- Coordinating with overseas offices and domestic clients to execute shipment operations
- Organizing and monitoring international shipments related to tenders, informing clients, and conducting retrospective checks
- Collaborating with overseas offices to conduct freight pricing for special tender shipments and providing quotes to clients
- Entering pre-alert notifications from overseas into the Cargowise system, tracking the income-expense of opened files, and managing invoicing
- Tracking the shipments of exporter/shipping companies and providing clients with regular updates
- Coordinating closely with overseas offices and managing freight control for both international and domestic shipments
- Managing and optimizing traffic flow
- Providing the sales team with relevant information on freight and clients, and offering guidance
- Ensuring regular and consistent communication of shipment updates to clients
- Diligently reviewing all shipment documents (e.g., Bill of Lading) and ensuring that communications are fully understood before proceeding with operations
- Ability to successfully fulfill the core responsibilities of the position
- Compliance with the company's personnel and disciplinary regulations
- Ability to provide timely and accurate reporting
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce quick solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- High persuasion skills, well-presented, with clear and professional diction
- For male candidates, completion of military service is required
