Job Description

You are passionate about Beauty, motivated to convey Chanel’s image, and support our Fragrance and Beauty team in İstanbul.


Reporting to the General Manager, you are acting as an ambassador of the Maison and you will be responsible for the growth of your business, leading the team, developing client’s loyalty while ensuring compliance with the Brand’s business strategy and image.






Your main responsibilities are:


Team management:


- Manage the F&B Boutique team in terms of recruitment, leadership, training, performance appraisal, etc.


- Supervise the organization and efficiency of the team, monitor individual and collective objectives, encourage teamwork, share knowledge and expertise


 Steer the business:


- Pilot and coordinate all the activities of the Boutique in accordance with the strategy and objectives


- Ensure the business strategy is understood and deployed in the Boutique


- Cooperate with Marketing and Retail team to ensure smooth deployment of all activities including campaigns, animations, and launches


- Control, monitor, share and report the business financial and budgetary indicators relating to the results of the Boutique


- Develop and coordinate the sales to achieve the business objectives in accordance with the budget and the defined action plan


- Analyze the sales, determine the best sellers and slow sellers, and take the appropriate corrective actions


 Client Experience:


- Be responsible to provide the best client’s experience


- Support the sales team on the shop floor


- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with the support of the Training Manager.


- Ensure excellence in client service in accordance with the Brand's standards: create a unique experience for each customer


- Strongly encourage the team to manage, use and develop the customer database


Operate the boutique:


- Ensure the retail space is well maintained and the Visual Merchandising guidelines are respected


- Ensure the stock is effectively managed and that the control procedures are implemented to anticipate and limit variations


- Be responsible for properly implementing the Boutique Charter and Boutique procedures


- Represent the Boutique positively both internally and externally


You have a post-graduate degree and experience of 5 years in boutique management in a luxury retail environment.


You have a strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fragrance and beauty sensitivity consistent with the brand.


Your excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills along with a strong analytic and intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.


You are cooperative by nature and find ease in developing relationships based on trust with members of the same team and also extend to other divisions of the company.


English and Turkish are a must; Arabic would be an advantage.
