Job Description


Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall customer experience
- Create and maintain menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
