Your Responsibilities: Contributing to the definition of the strategy for the Marketing and Sales of Transformer business. Determining a strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, implementing and adjusting in implementation as needed. Maintaining constant contact with other relevant managers and controllers regarding the financial, market, customer situation, and outlook. Translating strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets-Budget / Monthly Estimate. Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serving as the interface to HQ/ Global/Local Business Manager. Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, build scenarios and recommend actions. Involving in business reviews, monitoring progress achieved, provide insights to support operational decisions. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and act to improve the Net Working Capital. Identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions. Establishing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards. Implementing internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Your Background : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or other similar field. Fluent level of English. 1-3 years of working experience (Audit experience is preferred). Analytical, result oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under stress. SAP experience is preferred. Advance level of MS Office user, especially excel.
