Description
- Turkey statutory accounting;
- Oversees all accounting / tax in Turkey, ensure compliance with Turkish statutory requirement and group requirement;
- Be able to maintain governance on financial operation processing including but not limited working capital management, month-end close, inventory stocktaking, fixed assets, be able to implement internal control policies and improve existing procedures;
- Oversees external audits, consultant and taxation in Turkey;
- Handling ad hoc projects and control cost saving;
- Analysis monthly results with budget, coordinate with each function and department and profit driven;
- Effective cooperation with other departments of the company
- Preform work in accordance with EHS standards and fire safety regulations, adhere to the aforementioned rules while conducting the tasks delegated by the supervisors managing the above areas, report immediately about identified discrepancies to the supervisor
- Focus on the aspects of work corresponding to EHS regulations, strive to enhance the process of implementing EHS rules on a daily basis and reduce the impact of the company's production on environment
- Analyze existing processes and continuous improvement
Profile
- University degree in finance;
- At least 3 years of working experience as finance manager;
- Solid skill on Turkey GAAP and IFRS, Turkey tax regulation;
- Skill on Microsoft office;
- Experience in working for multinational manufacturing company;
- Reliable, hands on, proactive, good team player.
