Together, we're driving change to improve patient outcomes with cutting-edge solutions.We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Radiometer Turkey team in Istanbul, operating in a hybrid role. As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance and integrity, advising on investments, and driving strategies to support the company’s long-term objectives. You will work closely with senior management and lead a team to achieve both organizational growth and operational excellence.Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership to support business growth
- Ensure financial systems compliance and drive future growth
- Oversee all financial reporting and manage company policies on capital, debt, taxation, and acquisitions
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential qualifications:
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- ACCA, CFA, CPA certifications (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in finance, reporting, and accounting, ideally within multinational companies
- Proficiency in US GAAP, IFRS, advanced Excel, and ERP systems
- Fluency in Turkish and English
