Job Description:

• Reconcile the company’s income and expense accrual accounts.
• Be proficient in e-ledger, e-invoice, and e-archive processes.
• Manage and track customer collection processes.
• Reconcile purchase and sales invoices.
• Reconcile expense invoices.
• Ensure the preparation of payment lists and related documentation.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Reconcile current accounts for our customers and partners (business associates).
• Maintain daily communication with external accounting service providers to ensure the flow of information.
