Scope / Kapsam:
The Field Service Representative is a professional following technical onsite activities at the customers and potential customers in the water and process treatment industry in Turkey. The person is responsible for: service activities onsite including water/process analysis, ensuring dosing of the products, following inventory on customers site, reporting results to customers and internal supervisors/managers and working on an agreed service plan by their supervisor/manager. They are expected to cooperate with technical functions of the company like Product application and vertical industry leads
The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope.

Saha Servis Temsilcisi, Türkiye çapındaki mevcut ve potansiyel müşterilerde su şartlandırma saha aktivitelerini takip eden teknik profesyoneldir. Bu kişi bunlardan sorumludur: Su/proses analizlerini içeren saha servis faaliyetleri, ürünlerin dozajlarının gerektiği kadar yapılıyor olması, Müşteri sahasında stokları takip etmek, teknik sonuçları hem Müşteriye hem de yetkili amirine raporlamak ve amiri/müdürü ile mutabık kalınmış bir servis planına sadık şekilde çalışmak. Şirketin ürün uygulama müdürleri ve endüstriyel bölüm liderleri ile iş
birlikteliği içerisinde olmaları beklenmektedir.

Required education and experience / Gerekli olan Eğitim ve Deneyim:
1. Preferably BSc Degree in Chemical or relevant Engineering, Chemistry or minimum Associate Degree in a technical discipline / Tercihen Kimya veya ilgili Mühendislik mezunu, Kimya bölümü mezunu ya da en az Teknik Bölümlerin Ön Lisans programlarından mezun
2. Familiar to Refinery water/process treatment technologies, water/process laboratory analysis. / Rafineri su şartlandırma proseslerine, teknolojilerine, su/proses laboratuvar analizlerine hakim
3. Good communication skills; / Iyi iletişim becerilerine sahip olmak;
4. Team oriented personality; / Ekip çalışması odaklı kişilik;
5. Communication abilities in English; / İngilizce iletişim becerisi;
6. Computer literate; / Bilgisayar kullanabilen;
7. Valid driving license; / Geçerli ehliyet sahibi
8. Living in İZMİT or Anatolian part of ISTANBUL / İZMİT ya da İSTANBUL Anadolu yakasında ikamet eden
9. EHS oriented; / Çevre ve İSG odaklı;
10. No military obligation for male candidates / Erkek adayların askerlikle ilişiği olmaması

1. EHS compliance; / Çevre ve İSG kurallarına uyumluluğu;
2. Contacts with customers; / Müşteri ile iletişim;
3. Customer reporting/Data processing; / Müşteriye raporlama/Veri işleme
4. First line troubleshooting; / İlk elden sorun giderme;
5. Participation in Piloting and Field trials when required; / Gerekli olduğunda Pilot ya da saha
denemelerine katılma;
6. Servicing of Refinery and Chemical Accounts; / Rafineri ve Kimyasal üretim Müşterilerinde servis verme;
7. Frequent reporting and executing work related tasks to the first line manager; / İlk amirine düzenli raporlamak, işe haiz görevleri yerine getirmek;
8. Frequent travel, flights, outside of the geographic area when needed; / İhtiyaç olduğunda bulunulan coğrafik bölge haricine düzenli seyahat etmek, uçmak, v.b ulaşımı kullanmak;
9. Participating in the local team meetings to share best practices; / Takım toplantılarına katılmak ve deneyimlerini paylaşmak.
