We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the land-based sector, ensuring optimal performance of Alfa Laval equipment and systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Alfa Laval equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of Alfa Laval products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service upgrades and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably in the industrial equipment sector / rotating equipment.  ( Decanter & Separator )
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Turkey
