Finished Goods & Non Tobacco Material

Warehouse Manager

You will be responsible for Non Tobacco Material and Finished Goods Warehouse operations, including solid inventory management at both factory premises and external warehouses, ensuring inventory safety and accuracy; proper, safe and compliant materials storage, receipt and shipments; material movements reporting in SAP and MOM and 100% stock reconciliation; timely Finished Goods/Semi Finished Goods shipment arrangement to domestic and export market customers; timely and accurate Non Tobacco Material supply to production, also Finished Goods and Semi Finished Goods receipt from production. You will be expected to lead and develop Finished Goods & Non Tobacco Material Warehouse team of 70 employees.

The position will be based in Izmir and reporting to Warehouse Manager.

Position:

As the Finished Goods & Non Tobacco Material Warehouse, you will:

• Run respective warehouse operations effectively and safely;

- Ensuring timely and accurate process of goods unloading, receipt, picking, shipment (in accordance with FEFO principle), storage, effective allocation at WH premises, reporting goods inventory and movement in SAP, MOM and other Company's reporting systems

- Ensuring above processes' to be compliant with Company Policies and Procedures, as well as with local legislation

- Providing required documents, reports and studies to other internal departments as well as to external stakeholders

- Controlling inventory levels, ensuring sufficient WH capacity available for storage

- Preparing and supporting stock counts at respective warehouses, ensuring 100% inventory reconciliation with system records

• Ensure WH operations safety in accordance with JTI safety rules and procedures
• Prepare and report annual and strategic plans for warehouse budget, focusing on cost adherence and optimization
• Ensure timely and safe material supply to production, avoiding any stoppages due to missing materials

Requirements:

• University degree in Logistics, BA or Engineering
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in Warehousing area, preferably in FMCG
• Excellent English and Turkish
• Expert knowledge of SAP and Excel; Deep knowledge of WH operations, including policies and procedures for material receipts, movements and shipments, rules for safe and optimal materials storage and handling, warehousing contracts management, and handling equipment operations
• Presentation skills, proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset and team spirit. Proven communication and people management skills
