Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production to efficiently utilize resources to achieve production and quality targets in the factory,
Continuously review production processes, develop improvement suggestions, and ensure optimization of processes,
Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure alignment with the responsible department,
Monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment, and Waste Management responsibilities, ensure the complete implementation of standards, and take necessary precautions for employee safety,
Oversee product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and meet customer expectations,
Analyze production data using ERP systems and other digital solutions, prepare reports, and present to senior management,
Identify the training and development needs of factory teams and plan the necessary training,
Provide solutions by optimizing processes in operational efficiency, process improvement, operational excellence, and sustainability,
Analyze production costs to ensure budget compliance and increase profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering,
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the production field within the chemical industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position,
Knowledgeable in production management, quality control, and occupational health and safety,
Proficient in using ERP systems and software related to production processes,
Strong team management, leadership, and organizational skills,
Competent in planning, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and lean manufacturing,
Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and taking swift action,
High analytical thinking ability and result-oriented work approach,
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
Holds a Class B driver’s license and is an active driver.
