Job Description


Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, creating schedules, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are following proper cleaning procedures and protocols
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that housekeeping services meet the needs of guests and other staff members
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
