Sika is a global leader in products used for waterproofing, joint filling, multi-purpose bonding, flooring systems, chemical concrete additives, and for the strengthening and protection of load-bearing systems in construction and industry.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesManage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Coordinate and manage special projects to meet deadlines and expectations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Oversee and manage administrative tasks to optimize the executive’s time and focus.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
