Job Description
- Discovering and developing requirements for assigned features in HEV, PHEV, MHEV, and BEV vehicles.
- Providing training to the team on specific technical competencies.
- Supporting and guiding the team to improve competencies, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- B2 level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Controls Theory.
- Experience with model-based controls, calibration, validation, requirements development, and Simulink.
- Strong knowledge of ICE, Hybrid, and BEV Propulsion Architectures, software, and CAN systems.
- Expertise in Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, ETAS INCA & MDA, Ms Visio, CANalyzer.
