Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Engagement Manager to drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and achieve sales and revenue growth targets. 
The Engagement Manager develops and executes sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Key responsibilities include driving account growth, managing business pipelines, building international partnerships, and overseeing sales and marketing activities. The role also involves leading the proposal process, managing negotiations, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring effective client communication.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, ensuring strong, long-lasting client relationships, 
  • Identify and pursue new and existing sales opportunities to drive account expansion, 
  • Build and maintain a sustainable business pipeline aligned with commercial objectives, 
  • Expand the company’s portfolio through partnerships, particularly in international markets, 
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target and emerging markets, 
  • Coordinate and monitor sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient implementation of sales and distribution strategies in key account channels, 
  • Lead the proposal and quotation process, managing contract negotiations from start to close, 
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to optimize client relationships and outcomes, 
  • Work closely with the program management office to help ensure smooth delivery of projects, 
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows, 
  • Understand and effectively utilize Commencis products and services, 
  • Communicate with clients using digital communication channels. 

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or digital industries, with a proven track record of managing and winning major clients, 
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans, 
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving sales targets, 
  • International experience (academic or professional) is essential, 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent verbal and written English proficiency and presentation abilities, 
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, interacting effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives, 
  • Experience in business development, especially in international markets, 
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience managing direct reports and inspiring teams, 
  • Experience leading digital projects or accounts with a strong digital focus, 
  • Confidence and determination to secure meetings with key decision-makers, 
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
