As an Engagement Manager at IQVIA, you will lead multiple consulting projects in the dynamic life sciences field, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You will play a pivotal role in business development, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to innovative new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide project teams in designing, developing, and delivering client solutions.
• Client Engagement: Lead teams to understand client needs, develop proposals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and modification of proposals, ensuring overall bid integrity.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and deliverables, leading projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.
• Problem Solving: Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve issues.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide high-level input and ensure the development of client reports and presentations.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work to elevate client relationships.
• Client Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up after project deliverables are completed.
• Expertise Development: Continuously strengthen your subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, conferences, and professional knowledge sharing.
• Mentorship: Mentor and coach others, sharing your expertise to elevate our capabilities and deliver world-class solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

• Experience: 8-12 years of related experience in consulting and the life sciences industry. Proven background in consulting, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression.

• Consumer health or consumer goods proven experience.

• Skills:
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong capability in managing projects and juggling priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience working in sizable, multi-disciplined teams and supervising staff.
  • Ability to work effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Experience developing credible relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
  • Experience developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Established network and referral contacts desired.
  • Fluent use of English and Turkish required.
