Job Description
  • Responsible to sale repair/aftersales services for wide range of Bosch's Product Portfolio (Mobility, Building Technologies-Security Systems and Power Tools).
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provides customer centric solutions.
  • Initiation of customer specific projects and price offering to customers.
  • Investigating potential businesses, identifying potential clients, and making the first contact
  • Driving and analyzing electronic service processes to define improvement areas and activities as well as leading software development activities of digital solutions.
  • Ensures successful daily running operations of Electronic Service workshop (planning of spare parts, tracking of exchange products, deliveries to customer on time, supporting the custom clearance operations)
  • Leading and tracking major projects and KPIs within the Electronic Service organization to achieve strategic goals.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple process improvements and projects simultaneously
  • Key technical contact person for both customers and Bosch's other global service centers/locations. 

Qualifications
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably Electric and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English Language. German ability is a plus.
  • Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills, advanced MS office and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer-orientation skills and Excellent team worker
  • Eager to learn, high self-learning, multi-task management skills

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division of Bosch offers comprehensive products and services to the automotive spare parts sector and workshops worldwide.


The division manages its business activities in 17 countries in Türkiye and the Middle East region with over 150 employees located in cities such as Istanbul headquarters, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah.


Mobility Aftermarket division produces spare parts, workshop equipment and services for all mobility devices such as  passenger cars, commercial vehicles. Wİthin the division there are different working departments such as sales, marketing, supply chain, technical support and training, communication, and franchise service management.


The Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division is also responsible for the development of the service network by providing end-to-end solutions to over 500 franchise service concepts such as Bosch Car Service and Bosch Diesel Service in the region.
