Bring your passion, bring your energy, and plug into a team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation We seek for "Electrical Design Engineer" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy, in Dudullu, Istanbul, with below qualifications; Your responsibilities Making electrical design using the necessary tools and programs by demonstrating advanced knowledge of principles and practices in related areas, Providing cost effective & high quality solutions for customer requirements and delivering within budget and contract; solving unique problems by applying technical knowledge, Finding creative/innovative ways to tailor complex solutions for business and customer needs, Preparing production drawings and bill of materials considering local and global standards for stakeholders, Closing monitoring of deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate approvals and proposal development to support customer requirements, Making technical judgments in unique problems considering multiple aspects, Sharing technical knowledge with stakeholders via various channels, including forums, training and coaching, Preparing necessary documentation for the customer approval process, Preparing production drawings and bill of materials considering local and global standards for stakeholders, Self-planning ability to catch the project timeline up, Collaborating with the team members and supporting stakeholders to improve the business, Taking active role in technical negotiations and customer meetings, Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, SAP knowledge is an asset, Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business, Your background University degree in Electrical Engineering. Very good command of written and spoken English. 2-4 years of different levels of related work experience in transformer business, Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work & result oriented. Target oriented, able to communicate effectively. Personal leadership and good communication skills. Able to initiate team work/capture team. Completed military service for male applicants. Available for international travels.
