About Four Seasons Istanbul Private Residences
The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.
History and future, contemporary and traditional civilization, and art and pop culture all come together in one place, as the region showcases the city’s most upscale shopping districts, renowned culinary destinations, and dynamic entertainment options. The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential area of Istanbul, on the European side of the Bosphorus.
The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.
As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

JOIN OUR TEAM
An “Ambassador” for the Residence, who is insightful, resourceful and can fully control the Front Drive. One who creates the strongest sense of arrival & departure for all residenceownersand visitors. Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved. Arranges transportation for arriving and departing guests, assures that front services staff are swift and efficient.
Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required. Candidate must be very attentive to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
TASKS
When necessary, greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the residence. Assists guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want cars parked. Gives verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot. Opens residence doors for all guests and manages the door operations needed.
Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars.
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed. Loads luggage in car for departing guests.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with residence services, hours of operations, key residence personnel, in-house events, etc.
Greets all guests passing through Front Door and offers them assistance.
Provides a high level of cleanliness on the driveway and residence entrance.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas ofConcierge,Bellmen, Valets, and Drivers.
Maintain and control a log for all activities at the front door.
Maintain a log of all limousine drivers waiting at the Front Door.
To be able to use IT systems including ‘’Golden Home’’ and ‘’HotSos’’, also provide basic assistancewith all systems for residents including wi-fi.
To ensure that complimentary parking procedures are followed, and only authorised signatures are accepted.
Ensure to have correct control procedures to provide parking tickets to customers. Ensure that reconciliation according to financial policies and procedures is provided at the end of the shift.
The ability to only return a car to a guest that provides a valid car ticket.
Ensure that the Front Drive is always clear to receive new visitors and does not keep cars unless authorised by a manager.
Coordinate and inform of all limousine arrivals to Front Desk ensuring that a curb side is organized.
To assist the Concierge when needed during busy periods and whererequired.
To ensure you are aware of the resident names, V.I.P’ s, Glitches, Glitch Guests, Groups and all other arrivals and departures daily.
To fulfil the role of valet parker to Four Season’s standards, as required and drive cars in a safe and responsible manner. Ensure cars are secure and complete the necessary paperwork.
To be aware and make full use of recycling facilities within the service areas.
Gifts from guests must be accompanied by a signed authorisation from the guest and securities before it can be removed from the residence.
To report to your Supervisor/Security Manager anything or anyone suspicious.
The ability to handle resident/guest concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure satisfaction.
The ability to regularly inform and record resident/guest preferences.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professional presentation of all areas.
Ability to read memos, communication log and safety rules.
Ability to use telephone procedures as dictated by Four Seasons standards.
The ability to participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of residence policies and changes as well as ways to increase quality of service.
The ability to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management.
The ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
The ability to follow payroll procedures.
Support and assist on Employee Experience.
Provides Crunch team assistance to departments throughout the residence.
To offer service to all residents/guests in a manner which exceeds expectations.
To be accountable for the operations assets and personal actions.
Make all efforts and take action to ensure that we operate the finest residence in Istanbul.
Ensure that all our decisions bring an appropriate return on investment for our stakeholders.
To be accountable for the operations assets and personal actions.
The ability to work overnight when requested by the supervisor/manager.
Driver's License (B) is a must.
Skills And Compentencies
To ensure you read the residence's employee handbook and understand and adhere to the residence's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name badge.To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the residence and department personal appearance standards.
To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service always.
To comply with local legislation as required.
To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.
To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or residence.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
To attend training and meetings as and when required.
To ensure, as directed by your manager and following completion of your initial job training, that you remain up to date with regards to Manual Handling and COSHH(Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations) as relevant to your role.
